With lambing getting underway right from the start of March, it was midway through the month before I had the time in the evening to let some pet lambs out to explore. Susan came along to help.
Tess was a bit overwhelmed by the outside world. Being born in the shed meant that this was her first time outdoors.
Her friend Sally, however, was bolder and happily wandered off on her own to see what she could see.
It was Sally's first time outside too, but that didn't stop her from leading Tess around.
Tess was a better poser for the camera, though - a plus point in my book.
Susan was helping by being pretty.
Sally had a great time.
Tess got the hang of the outdoors eventually.
First lambs in snoods of the year! I always enjoy taking them outside for the first time.
