Since mid-August, Primrose, Astrid, Fern, Frida, Vera and Greta have been in a field with two tips - Sooty and BD. All being well, we should be expecting lambs in late January. The issue I've had this year is lambs from the next field over breaking in with them. I've had no choice but accept that some lambs were going to be in with them. Once the rest of the lambs were moved out of the Potato Field, the escapees were left to come and go. Blue Belle spent some time in this field too.

I left the gate open so everyone could make their way into the Potato Field. A couple of days later they were rounded up and sorted out. The escapee lambs and the two tips joined the rest of the lambs, the pet ewes were returned to the pet flock.
