Two Sunsets

I took off one Saturday afternoon in an attempt to capture some photos of the ewes at Bannon's Land at sunset - timing is difficult, as the mountains cause the sun to disappear a lot quicker than you'd think! On a whim, I decided to approach the flock from the opposite angle than I usually would. I was really pleased with the photos I managed to get.

Petal in the crowd.

Clementine, Blossom and Lily.

More sheeps.

Eunice came over.

My furry companion drew a crowd.

Martha and Nora.

Daisy.

Clementine.

Hazel.

The light was lovely.

And the grass was so green!

Poppy was having great fun, running around while I picked faces out of the crowd.

And just like that, the sun finally disappeared behind the mountains for the day. I took a few extra photos.

Sooty.

We stopped for a coffee and a puppuccino on the way home, but even so, the sun hadn't yet set when he arrived, so I nipped out to the pets's field to enjoy the very last of the light with some friends.

Wee Matt is always happy to see me.

Billy, almost over his orf - you can just about see the bald patch that was left on his lip.

Pops was having fun, as usual.

Frida didn't want to be left out.

Soon, the sun was set at home too. It was very satisfying to have made the most of it.
