For a while last month it was exceptionally cold. Discount and Daphne spent most of their time sheltering here next to the old wall.
The very next day after I took these photos we were hit by a blizzard of snow. A winter wonderland once again!
Daphne and Discount spent their first day outside in the snow so when the time came for their second snowfall they took it in their stride.
The wind was so strong that it blew the falling snow into drifts. Dad had to use the tractor and loader to clear the lane.
Connie liked to watch.
This snow fell in just a few hours - when we woke up that morning everything was green!
Hopefully that's us for snow for this winter.
